Who doesn’t love a good before and after?
The client in this picture took part in our 4-Week “Rock Your Jeans” program, and in 3 weeks, she was able to button up these jeans!
She wants more and is consistently working on better nutrition and regular exercise.
She’s feeling better.
Her clothes are fitting better.
She’s feeling good about taking care of her health and her body.
What did she do differently?
The first thing she did was to make a decision. NO MORE putting herself last – all the time.
She had enough of winging it when it came to meals, and she had enough of “hoping to find time to exercise” and of magically fitting into the clothes that lay in the back of her closet.
