We have found that busy women who commit to working out under our guidance at least 3 times per week for  a minimum of 3 month (12 months for most women) have the BEST RESULTS in terms of losing the most fat keeping it off and instituting true healthy lifestyle habits, therefore a minimum 3 month membership is required.

Remember, your Satisfaction is Guaranteed, so if you are not happy after the first 30 days, you can leave without consequence.

Morning

Workouts are 45 minutes unless otherwise noted.

Do to COVID-19 our Current LIVE Virtual Sessions are

M/W/F at 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. with on demand playback on Facebook available when you cannot make the live sessions.

Currently we are not doing LIVE evening sessions due to COVID-19 but on demand workouts are available.

Please note: We have an indoor-shoe policy. To help keep the floors clean, wear one pair of shoes and bring your clean-bottom workout shoes with you to change into. Thank you!
