I always considered myself a fit person so when my friend invited me to participate in Marie’s 6 week back to school body transformation contest I thought why not, it will be fun.
The boot camp it great. It is fast paced and before you know it you are done and you feel great. Marie tailors the exercises to meet every bodies fitness levels. You start seeing results in no time. In just a few weeks my husband said “hey yours arms aren’t as jiggly any more.” It seems like a little thing but I can’t tell youhow great that made me feel!
I know I don’t have good eating habits, but even the smallest changes make a big difference and Marie is great about talking you through all your food issues and helping you make changes that work for you.
At the end of 6 weeks I had lost almost 10% of my body fat and increased my lean mass by almost 3%. It was amazing how quickly I saw results. The best part was the results were over my ENTIRE body. That is what is great about boot camp.
I work, have a family and go to school. It is important to find the time for yourself. It is easy to make excuses, we all have them. Every day before I go and work out, I am trying to talk myself out of it the entire time, but I don’t, and I go, and boy am I happy I do.
The ladies that go to Flemington Boot Camps are friendly, welcoming and supportive. That makes it so much easier to get yourself there each day. I would highly recommend this program to anybody looking to improve how they look and feel. You won’t regret your decision.

Since first joining Flemington Boot Camps, I loved the changes Marie helped me make in my life; however, I recently decided to participate in her 6 week back to school transformation challenge and WOW, I cannot believe the results! In just 6 weeks I lost 9 lbs! My scale had been stuck for weeks and I knew I needed to make some changes if I was going to loose those last few lbs, but I never expected to experience such a dramatic transformation. I followed Marie’s plan and gave it my all at her work out classes. The differences I’m seeing in my body and overall health are amazing. I’m healthier now than I’ve ever been, feel so much stronger, and have dramatically increased my energy and endurance. I feel absolutely fabulous and countless people have asked what I’ve done. I had been seeing a 5 lb. weight gain every several years and I was currently battling the next 5 lb. gain. I was often tired and lethargic and was unhappy with belly “flab” and some health issues! I finally decided that I needed to do things differently. I had been seeing a friend’s posts on Facebook about Flemington Boot Camp and was intrigued. I contacted Marie, met with her and signed up for 3 months, 3 days per week. Soon after, I also started the 21-Detox diet program, figuring I should just jump in with both feet!
I won’t lie – every session at FBC is hard – but worth it. Marie is always encouraging in a positive way and everyone works at their own level, pushing themselves to get fitter and stronger and the camaraderie is amazing!
The 21-day detox opened my eyes to reading food labels and helped me make many changes in my food choices. In just about 1 1/2 months, through the combination of FBC and the detox, I have lost 10 pounds and 6″ overall (which is very obvious in my belly “flab” area!), and have seen improvements in my body fat percentage, my BMI and my high blood pressure.
I look forward to continuing with Marie and Flemington Boot Camp past my original 3 month commitment, and following many of the dietary changes I’ve made through the 21-day detox. I also look forward to the continued change in my own body and health and would recommend it to anyone who is ready to make changes for the better.

In early May, my friend introduced me to Boot Camp. She had just signed up for a three-month membership near her home and told me to look into it. She knew I was not happy with the way that I looked and told me it is the best way to lose weight and stay healthy. Just the word Boot Camp sounded intimidating to me. When I thought of boot camp, I pictured intense workouts that would be too hard for me to do. However, I thought it was time for a change, because I was just so sick and tired of feeling ugly and critiquing everything on my body that needed improvement. The lifestyle that I lived before meeting Marie was not a healthy one. I was either eating whatever I wanted, skipping meals, spending hours at the gym, or not going to the gym at all; most importantly, I was never happy.
Walking into boot camp I didn’t know what to expect and I was nervous of making a fool out of myself. Luckily, Marie was very welcoming and the woman that go there are very kind and accepting; it is a complete judgment free zone. Before each class, Marie would go over each workout routine that we have to do and would modify it for us, making it more challenging if necessary. This made me feel more at ease, because now I know my strength and what I have to do to challenge myself to become stronger. I walked in with a mind set of losing 10 pounds and a month and a half later I am feeling stronger, toner, and more beautiful than ever.
I am so thankful for Marie because she truly cares about each and every person in her class. She takes the time out of her day to sit and listen to what I have to say. She always takes an interest in every conversation, whether we are going over meal plans, exercises, or talking about a trip into the city. I feel like I can talk to her about anything. She believes in us and pushes us to do better, something I couldn’t have done without her help. She definitely inspires and motivates me to do better and I’m so happy to be able to call her my coach and my friend!

I was inspired to go to Flemington Boot Camps this summer when I saw how wonderful my girlfriend looked! I asked her if I could attend a session with her.
I had no idea what to expect, but when I arrived, the ladies were very welcoming! When the session started, Marie explained each exercise and she gave four different levels of intensity. Everyone pushes themselves and there is NO judgements. Then Marie offers positive reinforcement…She encourages everyone!
I made the commitment to take some time to take care of myself this year. I have always been active, but this program is different. I have seen wonderful results in a short period of time. I am in better shape than I have been in awhile. I am stronger and more fit. I had to learn how to eat better food combinations to help with the fat loss…and Marie helps with that as well! I was losing inches before I lost any weight. At this point I have lost 12 lbs and I dropped 7% body fat and I have lost 8″ overall
Both of my daughters and my husband have made comments about how good I look. I am excited about the changes that have happened but it is also nice when someone notices!
I know I deserve to take time for myself! I love going to this program It’s challenging at times but I feel amazing when our session is done!

I wanted to thank you again for the 6 week semi private class. I can’t believe what a difference it made!The focus was on the specific areas I wanted to work on and the improvement I have seen is major! I can hold a plank for the full amount of time but better yet I have stepped my plank up to the next level! I feelstronger and actually look forward to pushing myself more each day. I am going to miss the group of great women and our time together. In addition the couch to 5k was something so outside of my comfort level. Especially because I could not run for any length of time the month before. It wasn’t just the program that you designed that helped it was the constant reminder that running is a mental game as well as physical. I am a runner! Count me in for the next 5k.

I came to Flemington Boot Camps when my former gym closed. I was looking for a gym/trainer who could give me an effective workout AND structure a workout around old injuries. Marie has fulfilled both!
Since beginning in June I have built up muscle strength, lost inches and 20 + pounds. I feel AMAZING and look great!
I love the fact that my workouts are just 1 hour and Marie gives different levels of the same exercise so I can always customize my workout as I feel my body getting stronger. Now friends I haven’t seen for a while say I’m looking great and I tell them it’s because of Marie and FBC.

When a friend of mine asked me to join the Flemington Boot Camp, my initial reaction was “no way”. I had never really exercised before and I knew that I did not want to exercise in a group. The term “Boot Camp” to me, made me think of a drill sergeant forcing me to do push ups until I was near death. I did not have a lot of interest in that but I also knew that it was time for me to start taking care of myself. My youngest child had started going to school full time and I had run out of excuses to not exercise. I was also getting sick of my clothes filling a bit tightly and I wanted to start living a healthy lifestyle and feeling better about myself.
My friend had given me a card from Flemington Boot Camp for a free trial week of classes. She was telling me how much she liked it and I realized that I had nothing to lose by going to the class and trying it for myself. I have a full gym in my basement but I never seem to go down there, not matter how much time I have. I thought perhaps a “class” that I was committed to going to would help motivate me. I decided to try the class.
When I arrived a few minutes early to Flemington Boot Camp, I was greeted my Marie Ande. I told her my concerns about “Boot Camp” and she was very understanding. She showed me some of the exercises that we would be working on and immediately made me feel comfortable. What I didn’t realize is that Marie modifies each exercise to your fitness ability and also to your body, if you have an injury. There were many times when each of us is doing a different “level” of the same exercise. The women in the group were all very nice and encouraging. I really enjoyed my first week and decided to continue with my classes.
Since I have been a client at Flemington Boot Camps, I have gone down two sizes in clothes and I am actually fitting into a pair of pants that haven’t fit since before my three children were born. I am stronger and I have definitely noticed a loss of overall body fat. Marie also helps to guide us in our food choices and continues to encourage us to eat healthy food. I rarely miss a class because I have committed that day and time to doing something positive for myself.
I feel like the Flemington Boot Camps has changed my life tremendously. I am feeling confident and happy. Marie pushes us just enough to always get the most out of the class. She is encouraging and inspires us to always be kind to ourselves, no matter what shape and size we are. I am so happy that I tried the class! I would encourage everyone to just try it and see for themselves.

I decided to start going to boot camp because my workouts at the gym were not getting me anywhere anymore. I lost motivation and interest because I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I began boot camp even though I was a bit hesitant to work out in a group setting. I was extremely surprised by what I found. The workouts are highly motivational and designed for every fitness level. With Marie’s help, I began working out harder, eating better, feeling better, and taking responsibility for the way I look and feel. After about six months of boot camp, I still feel motivated and look forward to my workouts! Marie and Flemington Boot Camps completely changed my attitude about working out. No longer is my inspiration for keeping in shape based on a negative premise. I started boot camp with Marie two months ago and I have to say, it’s by far the best decision I’ve ever made. For many years, I paid my gym membership, which was a complete waste of money because I never went. What Flemington Boot Camps has provided me with is structure! I have found Flemington Boot Camps to be one of the most rewarding exercise programs I have ever tried. Since starting Flemington Boot Camps, I can now do push-ups (and not “girl push-ups”) for the first time in my life! I’ve also improved my 5K time by two minutes. I can’t think of a better way to begin the day than Marie’s class. The heart is pumping, you are moving to the music, and amazed how much weight you are handling. Even though the class is doing the same training, exercises are modified to the level you are at and then you push beyond that point.
