Why would you do burpees?
- It’s an exercise you can do anywhere. No special equipment needed!
- It gets your heart rate up, so it can be used as a cardio exercise.
- It hits your core, your shoulders, your back and even your legs in some variations.
- It makes you get up and off the ground, which is something you need to be able to do for your whole life!
