We just bought the latest craze…an air fryer….and we LOVE it!!
(Mike says we need two or three. :)) )
I saw that my friend posted cauliflower that she air fried, and it looked great…so guess what I’m going to try?
Here’s a recipe I found (we use Frank’s Wing Sauce instead of making our own):
- Chop the cauliflower into florets.
- Spray with cooking spray (you can use olive oil or coconut cooking spray).
- Remove from air fryer, and toss with wing sauce.
- Return to air fryer.
Place the cauliflower in the air fryer for 15 minutes on 400 degrees. Shake the air fryer basket halfway through the cook time.
