This is a favorite at Her Fitness and I’ve been using this recipe for years because it so good!
INGREDIENTS
1 small banana
1/2-cup pumpkin (canned and NOT pumpkin pie puree)
3/4-cup vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (essential)
1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder [or 1 serving]
1.5- 2 handfuls of ice
