Does YOUR trainer make you give up food and alcohol?

Okay, it’s kind of a trick question.

Does your trainer or someone else make you give up food and alcohol?

The answer is, “No.”

It’s “No” because someone can’t make you do anything you don’t want to do. However, if you tell me, your trainer, that you want to reach a certain weight loss goal, meeting that goal will require you to give up certain [amounts] foods and alcohol…not me!

I know it’s not popular to hear, and some people won’t like it, but it’s your choice and your decision as to what you eat.

If you are eating too much food (and too much of the wrong food), you won’t lose weight or body fat.

So, it is up to you and what you really want.

Do you want short term satisfaction or something more? It really is a question for you to think about, not a judgement or to chide you.

Just decide and then go about your life making choices that will lead you to that goal. :)

P.S. Did you try the foot rolling and exercises from this post? So good!
