The core involves a lot of muscles….not just the abs.


The sandbag pull across is a great exercise exercise that connects your upper and lower body…exactly what your core is meant to do.


If you don’t have a sandbag at home (who does???), you can buy a bag of play sand or make your own. You don’t need much weight; start with just 10 pounds.
