[Recipe] Skin Glow Smoothie

Skin Glow Smoothie
(1 serving)

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1⁄3 avocado
  • 2 tbsp. cashews
  • 1-2 pitted dates
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 serving protein powder or MCC available at Her Fitness
  • 1 cup ice
  • sprinkle cinnamon (if desired)
