Gingerbread Protein Energy Balls

 

INGREDIENTS

Optional Coatings

  • finely chopped pecans or walnuts (pictured)
  • unsweetened fine coconut
  • cocoa powder
  • quick oats

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl, and mix until it forms a dough.
  2. Roll into balls, and then roll in your choice of coating.
  3. Store in the fridge.
