Gingerbread Protein Energy Balls
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 1/3 cup (1 serving) Vanilla Protein Powder (I like My Custom Cleanse Essential Base vegan protein or Jay Lab ProVanilla whey protein)
- 1/3 cup ground flax seeds
- 3 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Optional Coatings
- finely chopped pecans or walnuts (pictured)
- unsweetened fine coconut
- cocoa powder
- quick oats
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, and mix until it forms a dough.
- Roll into balls, and then roll in your choice of coating.
- Store in the fridge.
