A Beginners Workout

This workout can be fast and it’s not complex so great for beginners (and advanced).

Exercises:

  1. Squat
  2. Row
  3. Dead Bug

Do 10-15 repetitions each exercise and move to the next exercise.

 

Rest only as needed.

 

Use whatever time you have! If you only have 5 minutes, great!  If you have 15 minutes..that’s great, too. The longer you have, the more you will begin to feel fatigued and it will take you longer to move between each exercise.
