You can’t blame the process
You can’t blame the process for failing if you don’t follow the process.
Saying things like “It’s not working,” ‘I’m gaining weight,” “I don’t feel any stronger” don’t hold much water if you:
1. Don’t show up to train
2. Stay up too late and don’t get enough sleep
3. Continue to drink alcohol every or almost every evening (or binge drink [2 or more for women] on the weekends.)
4. Continue to have high stress and do nothing to mediate it.
…and do not bother with the health hacks until you get the basics down.
