What’s the fastest way to get where you want to be?
The fastest way is … slowly.
I know….wha wha….
Unfortunately, there are no shortcuts when it comes to getting stronger or more fit.
Quick fixes don’t exist.
You have to show up for yourself every day (p.s. you are worth it!) and do something that will move you closer to your goals.
You don’t have to do 1,000 burpees or run a marathon.
In fact, it works better when you take small steps each and every day. Have you read Atomic Habits?
It could be something as simple as prepping some veggies in the morning so they’re ready to pop in the oven at dinner time.
It could be a few push-ups or squats during your lunch break.
Or getting in your post-workout protein meal… not some days, but EVERY DAY.
Don’t be the woman who’s always jumping from one workout plan or diet to the next, trying to find the magic bullet.
Be the woman who stays the course and trusts the process.
The fastest way is slowly … always.
