Everyone can benefit from drinking green smoothies because they are an easy way to get more greens into your diet.

This green smoothie may not be for beginners, but it doesn’t taste like dirt (I once made my friend a green smoothie and she said it tasted like dirt…and I sort of agreed with her on that one).
