Kale-Cuke-Bok Choy Green Smoothie

It’s true. I love, love, love green smoothies!

Everyone can benefit from drinking green smoothies because they are an easy way to get more greens into your diet.

This green smoothie may not be for beginners, but it doesn’t taste like dirt (I once made my friend a green smoothie and she said it tasted like dirt…and I sort of agreed with her on that one).

It’s trial and error. Try different combinations, write it down and save the recipes you like. This one is a keeper!

Ingredients

• Chilled Green Tea (I absolutely love the one pictured above, it doesn’t have that bitter taste green tea seems to have)

• Kale, handful

• Bok Choy, 1-2 leaves

• 1/2 Cucumber

• 1 Green Apple

• Squeeze of Lemon

• Cold water

Directions

• Put the tea in first

• Add ingredients

• Zip it up in a blender

• Enjoy!
