Great exercise if you have knee problems
If you have knee pain, especially the kind that comes and goes, give the following exercise a try.
You’ll want to stand back far enough so there is tension on the band and when you do 10 reps or so, you feel it in the quads (front of thigh, top of knee).
Bend the knee, not like a squat, but more like you are leading with the knee and, without coming off of your heel or toe, straighten the leg back.
By the end of one set you should feel it working the front of the thigh, right above your knee and in the muscle not the joint.
You will likely use a red or black band. I used the orange band because it’s easier to see in the video.
