Some tips to help you eat better automatically

Do you want to start eating better, cut out  junk food and NOT miss the ultra-processed food that is so addicting?

Great, because I’ve got some tips to help you start eating better automatically!

It’s not really magic, but it will feel like it.

Tip #1 Start exercising.

​When you exercise (resistance training and high intensity work) you begin to shift hormones so that your gut bacteria change. This helps reduce cravings for the sweet, sugary junk.

Tip #2 Eat 30-50 grams of high quality protein

Women who eat at least 30-50 grams of high quality complete protein in the first meal of their day are not as hungry during the day. When you are not hungry and get enough muscle building amino acids you don’t look for the fast, easy carbs.

Tip #3 Go to bed before 10 p.m. (and get 8-9 hrs sleep)

Going to bed by 10 p.m. enables cortisol levels to lower, growth hormone to elevate and other hormones to rise and fall as they are supposed to according to circadian rhythm. These different hormones affect hunger and satiety levels. You will notice the difference in your cravings, guaranteed.

These are things you can implement right away, they don’t cost you anything extra and they will make a great difference in the quality of your life.
