[Try It This Weekend] Hopping & Dry Brushing for an Improved Immune System

Hopping and dry brushing both increase circulation of your lymph fluid.

Since your lymphatic system is a vital part of your immune system, it’s good to give it some love and attention.

Unlike your circulatory system (blood flow), your lymphatic system relies on movement.

Dry brushing and hopping like a little kid can help you improve your lymphatic system.

You can search “dry brush technique,” or follow the picture below. To be effective, it needs to be done in a certain pattern, assisting the lymph fluid to go towards the heart.

Hopping also helps promote good lymph fluid circulation.

You can hop on a mini-trampoline, also called rebounding, or on the floor, but you might find a rebounder to be easier on the joints.

If hopping hurts, try “heel bouncing,” and just raise the heels as you keep your toes on the ground.

Here’s a quick article by Dr. Axe on how to use a rebounder.

Give it a try, and let me know how you make out!
