Blackberry Smoothie

** My side note: if you add a healthy source of fat to the shake (like 1 Tbsp coconut oil) this could be a full meal replacement.

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in blender and enjoy within 45 minutes post-workout.(or whenever!)
