Ingredients
- 1 cup blackberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¾ cup water
- ½ cup ice
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Vega® Chlorella (probably doesn’t impact taste of shake, but still good for you!)
- 1 serving Vanilla Vega Sport® Performance Protein (My preferred vegetarian source is http://www.mycustomcleanse.com/maintenance/essential-base-vanilla.html )
** My side note: if you add a healthy source of fat to the shake (like 1 Tbsp coconut oil) this could be a full meal replacement.
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients together in blender and enjoy within 45 minutes post-workout.(or whenever!)
