[Recipe] No sugar, Whole 30 approved, salmon marinade

My friend and I are going 40 days no added sugar/alcohol for Lent so, of course, I’ve been looking up recipes made without sugar (well, I always look for that, but now I’m really serious!)

In that honor, here’s a No-Added Sugar marinade for salmon, which is loaded with healthy omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B12, the anti-oxidant astaxanthin…and YOU need these healthy attributes of salmon – so eat up:)

Spicy Asian

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos (if you are not familiar, use in place of soy sauce, but it is sweet from the coconut and it’s at your local grocery store)
  • 1/2 tablespoon sriracha

Marinate your salmon for 30 minutes

Cook in pre-heated 400 degree oven for 15-2 minutes until it flakes apart with a fork.
