The first meal you eat, it doesn’t matter what time that is, should contain at least 30 grams protein!

Most women are totally unaware of how much protein they are eating during the day, let alone how much they are eating in a single meal.

This simple start to your day will automatically and spontaneously cause you to eat fewer calories throughout the day.

Remember, you want to eat about 1 gram of protein per pound of desired body weight. Choose leaner meat, fish, eggs/egg whites, seafood and protein powder for the best absorption rate.
