What CAN you do?

We often hear good advice and think “Nah, I can’t do that” or “That’s impossible because of [insert reasons – I’m too busy, I don’t have enough money, I’m too old, I’m too young, I’m a night owl, I’m a morning person, I hate x]

But what if you thought :”What CAN I do?”

What CAN you do to improve your health, lose weight or feel better?

It’s easy to say “I can’t do that “ and throw in the towel, but one small step at a time has a compounding effect so look for ways and things you can implement TODAY and then be consistent with that ONE thing.

Here are some examples of things you might be able to do:

-Make one extra meal at home instead of take out

-If you are up early, go outside for 15 minutes and face to sun, even if it’s cloudy

-Watch the sun Set

– Go to bed 1/2 hour earlier than normal

– Replace one glass of wine with water

-Take a 15 minute walk after one of your meals to improve digestion

-Go at least 12 hours between dinner and breakfast (everyone should aim for this at some point in their journey)

-Do 10 push ups at your kitchen counter

-Watch a funny movie

-Spend time with someone you really enjoy (not nice someone you are supposed to enjoy 😉)

-Drink and extra glass of plain water

-Look in the e mirror and tell yourself something positive “You’re pretty cool” “I’m smart enough” “I’m talented enough “ “I’m a good mother” “I’m a good wife” “ God loves me, no matter what!”

-Get off screen time (t.v.; phone, tablet) before bed

There are many things you can do.

What will you implement today so that you can become healthier?

Don’t waste any more time. Tomorrow is not guaranteed.
