Tip Of The Day

Bring along some snacks in your purse when you go out holiday shoppping. Homemade trail mix is great to hold you over until your next real meal.  Carry a bottle of water in your purse, too!

Try this:

Mix together in a baggie –

-raw walnuts

-raw almonds slivers,

-organic raisins,-shredded coconut (thicker, not the finely shredded)

-dried organic apples.
