How to be unrecognizable in 1 year or less

This is an easy read, but don’t let that fool you into thinking these bullet points are not powerful action steps.

  • Get daily sunlight 20 minutes -2 hours, preferably seeing the sun rise and sun set.
  • Sleep 7-9 hours every night
  • Eat protein at every meal, getting in a minimum of 90 grams per day, Ideally the same number of grams as your ideal weight
  • Move your body daily; walk 8k steps, do mobility drills, stretch
  • Strength train 3-4 x per week
  • Cut out / drastically reduce (<2/week) alcohol
  • Eat vegetables
  • Cut out toxic/drama people and/or stop being one of those people yourself (also cut out job situations that are toxic)
  • Get in tune with your spiritual side
  • Drink water (probably add unrefined salt)
