Why I go to a nutritionist.
Some women ask me why I go to a nutritionist.
I’m a personal trainer, after all. Shouldn’t I know this stuff?
I go because:
- It helps me get results I don’t get on my own. That is ultimately why I am in regular contact with my nutritionist. She’s a professional. She knows more about the topic than I do.
- I believe in coaching – giving and getting.
There’s no faster route to achieving your goals than getting help from someone who’s “been there, done that.” (I also have a business coach, and anytime I want to learn more about a topic, I usually get some coaching.)
