Every day we need to prioritize moving our bodies, we are meant to move!

Yes, yes, I know you are tired and fires are burning right in front of you, but you’ve just gotta start somewhere!

I hope you find this an easy way to start moving your body. It can take less than 2 minutes and, if you find you have more time once you get going, repeat the Flow ​several more times.

This will be great to do when you wake up or before you go to bed.

If you are already working out, do this after your strength training or on alternate days. It really can be done any time!
