Your Exercise Circuit

6 Exercise Circuit
Hey there!

We are still without power and internet so between early school dismissal Friday, power outage and a fried laptop cord, needless to say…I’m a little behind (remember when that phrase made you chuckle? I hope you still have a sense of silliness!)

Anyway, Julie and I recorded a workout and I wanted to share it with you because she and I both demo different levels.

The workout is as follows:

Beginners: Follow Julie on the right and do 2 rounds
Advanced: Follow me on the left and do 4-5 rounds

1. 1.5 Squat (just a second mini-squat at the bottom before you come fully up)

2. Bench Press (Julie does a Pallof press)

3. Single Deadlift Right

4. Single Deadlift Left

5. Renegade Row

6. Knee Tuck on Ball

Most women DON’T know the names of exercises when they come into Her Fitness for the first time…and it’s okay, because it’s not the name that matters, it’s that you do something that matters!

Don’t let another day go by that you don’t exercise.  

You MUST exercise and move your body every day! (but just start with 2-3 times per week if you are just starting out.)
