A Funny Success Story

During class I always ask if there are any new success stories. It’s fun to hear how boot campers and clients are progressing and it’s motivating! During one small group training session after asking for the latest good news, my client said “I have one you probably haven’t heard before. I’ve only been with you a few weeks and I had to go shopping for new underwear because my mommy belly has already started to flatten out! The waistbands on my old ones were falling down!” I relied “That’s great news! Congratulations and you are right, this was a new success story to go in the books!”
