|Kettlebell Swing tips|
The Kettlebell Swing is a great exercise to develop power (the first component of fitness/strength/muscular system to go as you age), develop your cardiovascular system and burn fat.
So, I thought I’d give you some tips on how to do it properly so you get those benefits.
Just be careful!
Not everyone’s bodies are ready to do this exercise. Your core needs to be able to control the motion in your hips and low back before taking on the swing.
You should feel this exercise in your hips and legs but NOT your low back or upper traps.
