Chocolate Avocado Banana Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, ripe
- 2 medium bananas, ripe
- 6-8 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 scoop Prograde Chocolate Protein Powder
Directions
- In food processor, combine the avocados and banana and process until smooth
- Add the cocoa powder, vanilla, cinnamon and protein powder
- Process again
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
Note: This has the consistency of a thick pudding, but not like the one your mother made. If you want a thinner consistency, add almond milk, starting with 1T at a time. I did not do this step. Do not use frozen bananas. The riper the banana, the sweeter and more “banana-y” flavor the pudding will be. Your avocados should be slightly soft to the touch, but not mushy, hard or water when cut.
Serves 2-4.
