Chocolate Avocado Banana Pudding



  1. In food processor, combine the avocados and banana and process until smooth
  2. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla, cinnamon and protein powder
  3. Process again
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve

Note: This has the consistency of a thick pudding, but not like the one your mother made. If you want a thinner consistency, add almond milk, starting with 1T at a time. I did not do this step. Do not use frozen bananas. The riper the banana, the sweeter and more “banana-y” flavor the pudding will be. Your avocados should be slightly soft to the touch, but not mushy, hard or water when cut.

Serves 2-4.
