Your post workout meal is really, really important. This recovery period, when your muscles are a sponge, lasts about an hour after your hard workout.

You Need Protein & Carbs
This has carbs and protein that will help muscles recover and rebuild. It was close to lunch, so I added the extra ingredients, but you can drink the Prograde Workout with just a glass of water and it still tastes great. It’s made with whey and one of the very few times I consume dairy – until I find something better, this is a convenient post-workout recovery drink.
