It’s officially here…2018.
I’m feeling very focused for 2018 and am excited for the New Year to start.

What are you planning for the next year?
Most people have hopes, wishes and dreams about a few major areas in life: health, relationships, finance and spiritual growth.
I have personally taken the time to write down my goals…and there are feweritems on this list than in the past. When I reach them, I’ll add some more, but until then, I’m sticking with just a few so I can really focus.
I’ve also been spending time reflecting on 2017 – professionally and personally (although the two are intertwined when you are a business owner).
I hired an assistant, Jeanne, and a trainer, Julie, so that Her Fitness can reach more women -connecting with them and helping them reach their health and fitness goals!
In 2017, I was able to spend more time with Audrey and Mike while not working!
This one is HUGE! There used to be many times when I’d be typing away on the computer while home life was going on around me.
Can you relate?
Still, there were times I’d be on the computer while they were around, but for the most part, at least the latter half of 2017, if it wasn’t defined working hours, I wasn’t working! In 2018 I will get even better at this.
Working with a coach helped me reach this goal. My coach is excellent about protecting his time with his family and a master at getting priority work done during his defined working hours and following his advice and lead has made a huge difference in my ability to do the same.
One of my Bolder in 2018 goals is to prioritize every opportunity to work with my coach (phone, web, in person).
Working with a coach Improves My Life. It is something I highly value (I guess that is obvious since I am a coach!)
I am a huge believer in personal development and part of that is getting advice and help from someone who can shorten my path, push me outside of my comfort zone and even make the journey more fun and interesting.
