For you Type-A Women

When you are a type-A go-getter you want to do everything at once, get it all done and do it all well…now.

When it comes to weight loss, though, it just doesn’t happen like that.

If you’ve been saying “I am going to lose weight” for the past 5 years and nothing has changed, maybe it’s time to face the fact that you can’t do it by yourself.

For type-A, super-moms, that’s a hard fact to face.

Hey, you are great at so many things, but right now, you need someone else helping you out and keeping you accountable.

The other thing to come to terms with is that it isn’t going to happen over night.

Depending on how much weight,  your life circumstances and your personality, losing 30# could take 8-10 months to lose. (It might  only take 5-6 months).

Every day the actions you take or don’t take impact your outcome in 8 months.

So, keep at it. Change one thing at a time and work on that, get some accountability (I.e. help from someone else) and think about your long game/ the outcome you want in eight months or a year or even two years.
