We have found that busy women who commit to working out under our guidance at least 3 times per week for  a minimum of 3 month (12 months for most women) have the BEST RESULTS in terms of losing the most fat keeping it off and instituting true healthy lifestyle habits, therefore a minimum 3 month membership is required.

Remember, your Satisfaction is Guaranteed, so if you are not happy after the first 30 days, you can leave without consequence.

Workouts are 45 minutes unless otherwise noted.
