“I wanted to thank you again for the 6 week semi private class. I can’t believe what a difference it made!The focus was on the specific areas I wanted to work on and the improvement I have seen is major! I can hold a plank for the full amount of time but better yet I have stepped my plank up to the next level! I feelstronger and actually look forward to pushing myself more each day. I am going to miss the group of great women and our time together. In addition the couch to 5k was something so outside of my comfort level. Especially because I could not run for any length of time the month before. It wasn’t just the program that you designed that helped it was the constant reminder that running is a mental game as well as physical. I am a runner! Count me in for the next 5k.”
