The idea of coming in to exercise at a studio with a trainer might be scary, especially if you are over 50 or 60 years old, and don’t have any experience!

 

That’s why I am offering this 4-Week Beginner’s Program called Finding Fitness.

 

You are going to learn How to do exercises properly

We are going to go more slowly so you have time to think about the instruction

You’ll get modified exercises and alternate exercises suited for your body

You are  going to work on your core, for sure!

Your legs will get stronger, but not at the expense to your knees/hips/back

Your arms and back will get stronger and your posture will improve

Hi!

I’m Marie Ande and I am very excited to offer this program because there is a great need for women  who don’t have training experience  who want to learn how to do things  correctly.

It can be overwhelming to jump right into a  personal training session, and while I know you will eventually become a pro, it’s really nice to know you can take your time and learn technique and not feel like the only one!

I’m excited to offer this program and while it is for beginners, still, not everyone will be a great fit. For those who I feel are not be suited for this program I offer one-to-one personal training sessions.

The  movement assessment that comes with your 4-week program will help ascertain if this program or another is your best option.
