Mindful Eating and a Healthy Weight: a five week series with experts on mindfulness, holistic nutrition, realistic goal setting, personal power, the emotional aspects of eating and more.

You will learn:

  • To integrate mindfulness into your daily life for peace, self-awareness, and healthier eating habits
  • How acupuncture and herbal medicine can support you for a healthy weight and habits
  • How foods affect your health and emotions
  • Emotional challenges and what to do about them
  • Realistic goal setting for eating and exercising
  • How a community of amazing women will motivate and support you!
