Want to get yourself to drink more water?

You know it’s good for your health.

You know it helps with weight loss, prevents headaches and dry skin.

You know you feel better when you are hydrated…and yet, you just can’t get yourself to drink enough water!

Here’s a tip I give all of my clients at Her Fitness:

Add lemon which helps your liver work better and grate some ginger root into for better digestion. Both ingredients make the water taste better so you will drink more! Sometimes I use a straw. I drink more when I use a straw…I don’t know why, though.
